The FutureUniversal access to both the Internet and to World Wide Web technology, like rural electrification, will take time, but eventually anyone who wishes to will be able "to publish their own passion on their own Web server." The Monticello Avenue network will evolve as more and more links are made throughout the community and to outside entities.
