Brazilian Serial Documents Digitization Project

SCOPE

To digitize and promote the use of executive branch serial documents issued by Brazil's

national and provincial governments between 1830 and 1990. The digitization project is working in most cases from pre-existing sets of preservation microfilm.

Certificate in Data Curation

A new post-masters certificate program in data curation is now available at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Geared toward practicing professionals who are responsible for digital or data curation, the program emphasizes policy and technology in an intensive and extensive two-year, 30 credit hour program.
