Independent reviewers provide scores and comments based on a rubric and meet as a review panel to decide which initial applicants will be invited to submit a final application. The review panel also evaluates the final application pool and makes funding recommendations to CLIR after each application cycle.
Readers are responsible for reviewing initial applications and providing scores and comments based on a rubric. Their contributions are shared with the reviewers, who meet to decide which initial applicants will be invited to submit a final application.
