CLIR is now accepting applications for the role of Program Associate. Priority application date: August 31, 2023
The CLIR program associates (2) will assist program officers with customer service, communication, and assessment activities for CLIR’s two active regranting programs: Digitizing Hidden Collections: Amplifying Unheard Voices and Recordings at Risk. They will also assist with ongoing support and assessment related to projects funded through Digitizing Hidden Special Collections and Archives, which operated active calls for proposals between 2015 and 2020. Remaining aware of the guidelines and operating calendars for these programs, the program associates will attend regular online program meetings and provide email and webinar-based support service for program constituents.
Program associates will have a strong interest in the future of libraries, museums, archives, and all institutions of higher learning and be good communicators in a variety of circumstances.
