The Library's Special Collections Department is embarking on a project to scan 10,000 images of playbills and photographs (and other iconographic information) featuring 18th-20th century American and British performing arts into the department's relational database.

Certificate in Data Curation

A new post-masters certificate program in data curation is now available at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Geared toward practicing professionals who are responsible for digital or data curation, the program emphasizes policy and technology in an intensive and extensive two-year, 30 credit hour program.
